Orders & Payments • Orders will only be processed after receiving an advance payment (typically 40–60% of the total order value, unless otherwise specified). • The balance payment must be cleared before dispatch or delivery of the product. • Payment methods accepted: UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, NEFT/RTGS, and wallet transfers. • Failure to make payment on time may result in delay or cancellation of your order, with forfeiture of the advance. • Prices displayed on the Website are subject to change without prior notice. ⸻ 5. Cancellation charges may apply. • Damaged Goods: If a product is damaged during transit, the customer must notify us within 24 hours of delivery, with photographs and videos as evidence. • Non-Eligible Cases: We do not accept returns for reasons such as dislike of color variation, natural texture differences, or incorrect measurements provided by the customer. • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 working days after inspection and approval by Decornest. ⸻ 9.
